Using Try Catch to print out custom error message as well as system error message in Java

public class Error{

    public static void main(String[] args){

        //System.out.println(“Hello!!!!!!!!!”);

        int[] sourav={1,5,6};
        try{
        System.out.println(sourav[3]);

        }catch(Exception e){
            System.err.println(“Could not access array element”);
            e.printStackTrace(System.err);
        }

    }
}
